Не даёт войти в бизаги после установки

I downloaded the latest version of bizagi from the site: https://www.bizagi.com/en/products/bpm-suite/modeler

After installation, the program window opened and asked to log in. I entered my username and password, clicked the login button. That's it, nothing else happens, the program hangs. Reinstalling, restarting the PC, cleaning the Windows cache did not help. a screenshot of the problem attached.

Please, help... :(:(:(

This issue was probably related to a general Sign In problem that was already solved. Please let us know if it works for you or if you need further help.
