Why doesn't the File Link in Extended Attributes work?

When I set up a new attribute of File Linked and place a file in it I cannot click on the link and get the file to open, also I cannot select it for a File Link in Presentation Mode. That's if I put in a Relative Link.No problem, however, if I use an Absolute Link. But I really want a Relative Link.

Dear David,

While selecting a source file for your Linked file extended attribute's value, Bizagi will handle it so that in presentation mode you can open it by clicking on its link, regardless if it has a relative path or not (because the file has been included in your model).

Having a relative path is more focused for the publishing-to-web options, in which this source file could be referenced in a relative or absolute location.

If you have further doubts about this, or you still have an issue on your model, please send it to us to modeler@bizagi.com so that we can guide you best towards what you wish to accomplish.

Best regards,
