The Palette includes two views: a Core view that displays the basic BPMN

elements; and an Extended view that displays the complete element list.

Note that the Extended Palette has a drop-down arrow next to each item.

How do I display (create) a legend with the very helpful descriptions of what each palette means that is visible when you hover mouse over? This would be very helpful for my readers and in fact, anyone who is not familiar with the Bizagi palettes for that matter. Cheers!

Dear Sree,

As pointed out, this information is currently presented as a tooltip.

For your legend, you may use custom artifacts to include this or any other additional and explanatory information in your models (which can include images).

For more information about custom artifacts, refer to http://help.bizagi.com/processmodeler/en/index.html?artifacts.htm.

Best regards,

Dear Svetlana,

Can you please confirm if you are using our latest version 2.6 and if it lists the Mode -> Extended option from the ribbon (at the right upper corner)?

I cannot access all of the items on the pallet - see attached - this is a partial snapshot - I cannot use the stop, artifact where the text is located, or the message flow arrow

Dear Anita,

In order to see all items on the pallet correctly, please upgrade your current version. You can download our latest 3.1 version which has resolved it: https://bizagi.sharefile.com/d-se907cd8d51c4724b

Hi Juan. I downloaded the latest version 3.1.0.011 and the problem seems to be exactly the same. What do I need to do to be able to see all the figures in all sections within the palette?

Dear Jorge,

It has been resolved as a FIX for 3.1.0.011. However, in latest version - 3.1.0.026, the FIX was included on it. Please download this version from this link: https://bizagi.sharefile.com/d-s328785753534860b
