Where to set options for Web Publishing ?

Hello, Using the new 2.6 Bizagi Process Modeler, when publishing a process model to the web, I can see a file 'key.json.js' is generated in the same folder as the 'index.html' file. The file contains parameter settings that influence the way the process model is displayed on the web: with/without a link to performers, Show/hide publication date, subnavigation bar for properties (what is this ?), preserveHTML ? useTheme ? Where can I find documentation on these properties and what they exactly do ? Where in the Bizagi Process Modeler can I set these properties and save them with the proces model ? Appreciate your help,

Best Regards,

Dear Johan,

Thank you for your feedback.

It is correct that these keys in the json configuration file are meant to provide you, the users, further customization possibilities for the Web output.

Keep in mind that we are still being working on the features provided by these keys, and so, for the current 2.6 version (+ the 06BMOD-182 fix provided for diagram links), you may choose to edit:

1 .showPublishDate, so that when set to true, it shows a faint label in the right upper corner of you index.html home page showing information of the published date of the documentation.

2. showPerformersList: so that when set to true, it shows a link in the index.html home page to see a list of all performers.

For more information, please refer to http://feedback.bizagi.com/en/responses/performers-resources-are-not-published-to-web

Note that you will need to review that the keys' values are set as desired (with any of the changes you make) after generating documentation to Web formats.

Hi

Further to your response above, is there a plan to enable clicking on a performer to obtain a list of all activities they are involved in?

This would be a huge benefit when using the process model to define what the roles must do.

Dear Jerry,

Thank you for your feedback.

As per the idea suggested at http://feedback.bizagi.com/en/responses/creating-reports-based-on-extended-attribues, reports for tasks of performers is a currently registered idea that we agree it is useful, but we have no ETA for it yet.

Best regards,
