Publish to web inconsistent when using parenthesis in the diagram's name

Hi ,

i have the problem that if I publish my process I can´t see the diagrams which have links to other diagrams. The only thing I can see is the shape of the funktions, events etc. when I put the mouse at the location they should be.

All other diagrams without this links are shown perfectly.

The problem didn´t exist before last three weeks...

I hope someone can help me with my problem.Regards

Hello!I would like to help you, but it was a little hard to understand your problem without previewing it.

Usually when you use a reusable subprocess, when exporting the model in HTML, the BizAgi creates a link from the subprocess, related to the process. However, for this to happen, you need to relate the diagram to the subprocess reusable or embedded.

If you have not had this problem before, try uninstalling the BizAgi Process Modeler and reinstalling the latest version available on the website.

If the problem continues, post more information. Perhaps I can best help you.

Okay thanks for your help :)

I try to explain it with more informations.

MyBizAgi Process Modeler has the latest version.

When I export my bpm file to web bizagi creates all htm files of all my diagrams (every diagram exist and all haven´t a size of zero)

When i open them with my browser every diagram containing no subprocesses is shown correctly, but if i open a diagram with subprocesses the browser show the diagram shorter than one sec and then the diagram disappears. The rest of the site is still shown (the tabs to the other diagrams, etc)

The strange about it is that the processes still exist ( I can click at the place where they were and the informations of them pop up)

It is like the grafic of the diagram doesn´t exist. This Problem still exist in all browser i have (Opera,Firefox,IE9,Safari) even at an other PC.

I hope these information can help a bit more to locate the problem.

I would say this is a browser compatibility issue, however, you tested on other browsers and even on other computers. This happens with only a single diagram? If it is with only one diagram, the problem can be himself. I've had problems with files created, where I had to delete them and create them again. If this happens with all the diagrams, I would recommend reinstalling the BizAgi. There may still be some compatibility problem with your operating system or conflict with other software. In this case, install the BizAgi on another computer, In this case, install BizAgi on another computer, create a new diagram and export it to see if the problem persists.

If the problem persists, I recommend to you provide the version of your operating system, service pack, and installed version of BizAgi, for the BizAgiModelerSupport analyze.

Thanks,

I have found the problem...

The diagrams with parenthesis in their name had the problem. So It works fine as I changed their name.

for Example :

Organisation (daily)   ---> Organisation daily

Now everything works without any trouble.

Thanks a lot

Dear Daniella,

This issue while having parenthesis on diagrams name will be adjusted in the upcoming release (it is currently in progress).

If your model still have issues when avoiding parenthesis and publishing to web, please send us that model to modeler@bizagi.com.
