Version 2.8.0.8 Unhandled Exception while launching Print Preview

I want to print my document, but every time I attempt to launch Print Preview to adjust page settings, etc., the following message appears:"Unhandled exception ahs occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.Visual Styles-related operation resulted in an error because visual styles are currently disabled in the client area."There are three buttons in the error box: Details, Continue Quit - all of which are nonresponsive. I have to kill the program via Task Manager.I am using Windows 7 Professional, Version 6.1, (Build 601: Service Pack 1). Just updated to Bizagi version 2.8.08 last week. Prior to this version, I didn't have any problem with the software.

Dear Trisha,

After we analyzed this question and received your email, we found that the problem is caused by some themes. When it changes the desktop theme back to Windows 7 Basic, the issue in the software resolves.Regards

I forgot to mention that we are using version 3.0.0.022 January 26th 2016.

I have the same problem. I use the latest version of Bizagi as well ( 3.0.0.022 ) and have Windows 10

Any help?
