Unhandled Exception on Startup

I installed the Bizagi Process Modeller on my computer at home and it worked fine. I also installed it on my works machine and when started it comes up with an Unhandled Exception message (continue or quit) which says initialization failure.

Details are as per the attached text file.

I came across some similar sounding problems with a workaround of adding folders called "IsolatedStorage" under appData and making sure they are writable by "Everyone". I have tried this and it did nothing.

My home computer is Win XP

My business computer is a laptop with Win 7 (.Net 4)

I was thinking of buying the suite but if it isn't going to work I will have to give it a miss. Pity as it seems a very good program.

I have the same problem. I have been using Bizagi for 4 years and love it, but we recently upgraded to Windows 7 and since then, I have been getting the Unhandled Exception error. If I click on Continue, it is ok and i can open a file and continue working. I have never had this problem before, although I have seen this error message, but for a totally different reason.

We have downloaded the fix in the link (above) supplied by Daisuke and it has solved our problem and no more errors. Thanks once again to the great team at Bizagi. Amazing support for a free modelling tool. Cheers Bernadette
