Error saving Model: There was an error generating the XML document

I am having same issue, did this actually get resolved or what is the fix?

Setup is a Windows XP Pro PC with SP3 on a SBS2003 Domain.

I have installed the version 2.2.0.3 on two more or less identical PC's one is working fine the other is getting the error "Error saving Model - There was an error generating the XML document"

Please can anyone help?.

This error is most likely related to issues with Microsoft .Net Framework's installation (in a given machine).

Notice that for Bizagi Process Modeler 2.3, it is required that the .Net Framework is 2.0 service pack 2 (http://www.bizagi.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=112&Itemid=122#systReq) is installed.

In Windows XP operating systems this framework is not usually installed by default.

I have the same problem. When I choose send > XPDL i get a dialog stating the following:

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

See the end of this message for details on invoking just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

Dear Mitesh,

Can you please check if the machine showing up this issue has "Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0 service pack 2" installed?

This has solved the issue, I had .net 2 and 3 installed but not the service pack 2. this has fixed the issue.

Thanks you.
