Unable to Process a Case Returned from a Pending State
We are currently experiencing the following problem with a number of cases initiated in Bizagi that have been Pended and that have returned from a Pending state.
1. A case is pended by the user due to outstanding documentation
2. The outstanding documentation is received and attached to the case/ or the wait period expires
3. The case is then NOT being routed back to the user who initially pended the case
4. The case ends up being stuck in a Returned from Pending state
5. The user who pended the case is then unable to work/process the case
Could you please advise whether anyone else has experience similar problems and why this is currently taking place
