Please see attached file - do you think this complies with the rules of BPMN 2.0?
I have two Event-Based Gateways with an equal event following.
or would it be better to model the same event twice? Separated into each flow?

About your question, we can tell you the following:
"Would it be better to model the same event twice? Separated into each flow?" This is a better practice. Nevertheless, the image attached shows a model BPMN 2.0 compliant.
One question: ¿The messages are messages events, right?
One suggestion: Bear in mind that when using event-based gateways, the flow will follow "the event that occurs first", all the remaining paths will no longer be valid. https://help.bizagi.com/process-modeler/en/index.html?gateways.htm
