The problem with viewing and moving some process diagrams in the cloud storage.

After saving the file with the process model in the cloud, it is not possible to open some process diagrams.

When I try to open some process diagrams for viewing, I get an error message: "There was a communication problem, please try again."

The same message appears when you try to move these diagrams to another folder.

Renaming problematic process diagrams and reloading them into the cloud did not solve the problem.

Other process diagrams of this model can be viewed and moved between folders without problems.

Dear Alexandr,

Our cloud team needs to resolve this issue in cloud and it can take some time. The suggestion at this moment is to change the version of the diagram from 00.02 to 0.02 to avoid more than one left zero.

The correct solution will be include in a future release.

Thanks for your support! We have made required corrections and reloaded the model into the cloud and as for now, it works.

And just a comment. I guess in such cases it makes sense to put on hold subscription payments, because of inability to use the service.

The application is working correctly. The problem is because the name, but following the suggestion, you will be able to work without any problem.

Meanwhile our product team works on this topic, bear in mind not to use more than one left zero in the name.
