Solved
The connector is not connected
I have started getting a problem in the latest version where upon saving the model I receive the message the Connector is not connected. I go and connect the message flows, save the model, the error goes away - but then seemingly at random the same connectors will loose their association again, forcing me to reconnect them again and repeat the process.
Dear Users,
This issue has been solved for version 2.3.0.5 in a June-25-2012 fix available here.
Download and unzip this fix file in your machine, and follow the instructions presented at the ReadMe.txt.
Notice that this fix solves the reported issue so that opening your model does not present this issue for your associations.
However, you would still need to re-connect these associations the first time (with the fix inclusion) so that the connection information is properly saved.
Best regards,
Dear Darren,
Could you send us the model which presents this issue to modeler@bizagi.com?
Please specify us too which Bizagi Process Modeler version you are using.
Best regards,
Dear Daisuke,
I have the same bug. The problem is that i hace updated the Bizagi Modeler in my computer to latest version. So i started to get that error message when saving the diagram.
I've noticed that the message error is pointing to an especify connector, so i get to that connector and is one that connects from a Data Object (from the data pane) and is connecting to a process object. The process object is ok, but the connector doesn't grab the Data Object. Also it happens with a Custom Artifact.
Please notify me when you fix this problem.
Regards!

Best regards,
May i apply this patch to 2.4.0.8?
Dear Dmitry,
This mentioned fix was available after the official release of the 2.3.0.5 version.
This means that you do not need to apply it into the 2.4.0.8 release, because the latter one already contains those adjustments from previous versions.
Best regards,
Hi, I am new user of Bizagi and keep receiving the message connector is not connected and I can't find the unconnected connector.
Is there a way of finding it? How do I know that a connection is connected?
Can you help me?
Rosa
Dear Rosa,
How do I know if my diagram has modeling errors?Bizagi includes a button that validates the element's location. and connections. On the Home tab, in the Model group, click on Validate to start error checking.Select the error description in the Diagram Validation add-on window in order to correct it.
Bizagi Modeler does not validate the notation and the logic used in your diagram. However we offer several types of support to help you through your process modeling and documentation. For more information please refer to Training and Support.

I'm new to using Modeler and I'm also having trouble trying to fix my connections between objects after running the Validation process.I've tried multiple time to move both ends of arrows between objects and I still can't resolve the connection errors. Is there a trick to CONFIRM or WHAT is the CORRECT way to ensure connections are made between objects.Dragging one object from another usually works but when you have to insert or change connections seems to cause issues.Any tips on this subject is appreciated!-Julio
Dear Julio,
It applies for our latest release. On the Home tab, in the Model group, click on Validate to start error checking. Select the error description in the Diagram Validation add-on window in order to correct it.
I have just downloaded and installed the latest version of the Modeler, 3.0.0.015, and I am having connector problems with message flows. I am trying to connect incoming messages from a pool (boundary) to an incoming message event. I have set the property of the event to "catch", using the isThrow property. Moving the end point of the message flow over the catch event seems to indicate that the flow is connected, but validate still throws errors.
I have attached the file.
Dear Tom,
I pressed validate option to identify the problem. Then, I went one by one to connect correctly. The result was wornderful. Check my attachment.
Regards
Juan,
Thanks for the update. I went back to the file, and I was able to correct the errors. Making the end point connections is a little bit tricky, and that's where I was having a problem. I think I am good, now.
Thanks!
Tom
