Solved

System.IO.IsolatedStorage.IsolatedStorageException: Initialization failed.

Hello

I have installed Bizagi Process Model (2408) but when i start the application i get an exception.

You can continue or quit the application.

In previous posts i found a work around (creating IsolatedStorage directory + write access) but thatdoesn't solve the issue. I have .NET Framework installed and i am running on Windows 7 prof.

I also checked the registry but nothing there as well.

I worked before with Bizagi on windows XP without any problems.

If there is no solution i am forced to look for another tool but i hope not.

Any other suggestions?

Thanks

Nico

Dear users,

For the Windows 7 or Windows 2008 R2 folder structure please note that while going for the workaround you need to consider the roaming AND the non-roaming directory (that is, creating the directory called IsolatedStorage) at:

  • C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Roaming\IsolatedStorage
  • C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Local\IsolatedStorage

(As described at http://feedback.bizagi.com/en/responses/isolatedstorage).

Best regards,

Hello Daisuke

I have created both directories but the issue remains. Both are write accessable.

Thanks
