Not a Problem

Still waiting for the product I have purchased and paid for

On 9th November I purchased a Bizagi Process Modeler No-Logo version through your website. I received a receipt for the purchase (Receipt No: 3380-8490-9544-2392) but I have not received the item. I have tried contacting you through your on-line form but I have received no response. Can someone please tell me when I can expect the product to be delivered?

Thank you for your confirmation message.

After your purchase and reported issue, we sent again the email having the license key to activate the custom logo feature.

For any other users who may run into this issue, please make sure your system is not blocking emails coming from bizagi.com.

My system isn't blocking anything, but have the same problem.Paid for the license, but no mail from Bizagi..Kind regards,Kees Hintzbergen
