Solved

Simulation closes Bizagi unexpectedly. No error message is displayed.

I can open, setup and start the simulation viewer with IE11, but at the end of the simulation the entire program closes unexpectedly.

No error message is displayed.

No results is displayed.

What can I do to see the simulation results?

My setup is: 64-bit; Version 2.7.0.2; May 6, 2014

Dear RodrigoLS,

In order to identify what is going on, please explain us your environment: Full version of Operative System, Processor Technology (x32 or x64), Full version of IE and Version of .NET Framework.

At the moment you want to check the simulation results, does Modeler fail? or in which moment?

Thank you in advance,

Regards

Dear Lucas,

Regarding the sent diagram, you need to have only one start event instead of two. For further information: http://help.bizagi.com/processmodeler/en/index.html?simulation_in_bizagi.htm

In addition, please upgrade to our latest release 3.1 from: http://www.bizagi.com/en/products/bpm-suite/modeler#downloadmodeler and apply our latest FIX according the instruction file: https://bizagi.sharefile.com/d-s95e092d666e42e5b
