Sign-in screen is blank & already tried proxy solution

Hello,

I have THE latest Windows Bizagi Modeler & Studio and the sign-in windows are both blank. My admin has already followed your solution to add to proxy which I found in a previous forum discussion http://kb.bizagi.com/Knowledgebase/Bizagi-Modeler-presents-an-empty-window-and-cannot-continue

). For the Studio ti's not as much of an issue because you can bypass the sign-in and use the software, but not for the modeler, it shuts down.

Dear Jane,

We have fixed these kind of issues in our latest 3.3.0.076 version. Please download it from our web site (at https://www.bizagi.com/es/productos/bpm-suite/modeler) and proceed to upgrade it.

Dear Frederico,

If you have already:

Upgraded to the 3.6 version

Already tried to re-install the application

Also, close and launch the application when the blank screen or loop screen appears

Please add Bizagi to the Firewall and try to launch the App and login.
