QMS requires Document Control information on Process Flow Diagrams - How To ?
Our Quality Management System requires us to show 'Document Control information' on our Bizagi PFD's. I believe the 'Diagram Properties' are meant for that ? There are standard attributes: Name, Description, Version, Author. You can even create extended attributes: e.g. Valid from DD/MM/YYYY to DD/MM/YYYY, Approved by ..., Approver Role ...., Organizational Scope ... 1) The 'Header' artifact shows the diagram properties. Yes, but only the standard attributes ! How can I add extended attributes and perhaps rearrange the 'header' block (rich formatting) ? (perhaps using the Formatted Text Editor that would then need to use scripting to refer to attributes (basic/extended)). Ideally, one could choose to insert 'fields' from a list of available metadata in the diagram (same as Word) so the 'Header' block can show e.g. the Path & Filename of the diagram, the validity period, the applicability, last modified by .... on DD/MM/YYYY, .... Similar to building a formula, or writing <HTML> using perhaps properties of a DOM, or using JS, or .... anything really as long as it can be flexible 2) What can I do with the XPDL Export file to help me with the above ? <PackageHeader>
