Publishing to Wiki and to Word was working using but no more using 2.8

Long time user now of BPM, I like the wiki publishing feature to Word and Wiki.

The version from June ( was ok on both publishing (Word and Wiki).

Using the last version available version 2.8 (version downloaded today), the 2 publishing have some problems:

1) Word

The docx written has a wrong index generated. And I can't make it clean (removing the index and create a new one doesn't change anything). Maybe a problem of Word version?

2) Wiki: bigger problems

I generate pages using only the "Category" element (not the the name space).

a) The Category is ignored

b) The thumbnails (for each web page) are not correctly assigned to each page such that the overall resuming page has no thumbnails at all

c) All images have wrong names (blank character instead of '_') in the wiki pages, such that all images are not correctly inserted into the wiki pages

Note however all images are there, including thumbnails, but not correctly named or referenced.

The PHP is 5.3.10 and MediaWiki is 1.23.1. Everthing is ok with version of Bizagi PM, so I revert to this version for now.

A member of our support team will contact you.

I Have the same problem.

The category "tag" is very important to my documentation process.

there is a workarround?

Dear Carlos,

In order to best help you to solve your question, please tell us what Wiki you have installed and send some screenshots of the issue. There are some steps to publish correctly:

  1. Ensure you have MediaWiki installed in the server where you are publishing,
  2. Please review the supported MediaWiki and PHP combinations
  3. Check the upload directory has permission set for for creating and editing pages.
  4. The LocalSettings.php contains the configuration settings of your wiki. Assign permission to LocalSettings.php as follows:$wgGroupPermissions['user']['upload'] = true;$wgFileExtensions = array('png','gif','jpg','jpeg','doc','xls','mpp','pdf','ppt','tiff','bmp','docx', 'xlsx', 'pptx','ps','odt','ods','odp','odg');
