Publish all diagrams in word with no annotation pages

We collaborate by using Basecamp and Confluence. I understand that I am not able to publish to either of these applications. So instead - I want all of my process flows in one place that can be accesses. I create a word document and then strip out all of the extra information is there an easier way to do this?

Dear Shannon,

About this part "I create a word document and then strip out all of the extra information is there an easier way to do this?" We understand that you want to get rid off all the extra information but we need to know what is extra information for you and what information is important.

In addition, the title is "Publish all diagrams in Word with no annotation pages"... How is this related to the deleting of extra information? Can you please explain in more detail your request so we can provide you with more accurate help? Thanks in advance.

Best regards.

I have found a method to achieve my objective, as follows:

- I select publish to word

- I select the diagram(s) that I want to publish

- I select a minimum of elements - usually just the start event and the end event

- I select the template

- Create the file in Word

- Then I scroll through document, I keep the process diagram and delete the pages with the process elements

This is working OK
