Solved

Problems to open a file created in version 2.3 of the BizAgi.

After updating the BizAgi to version 2.4, I can not open a specific file generated in the BizAgi 2.3. I uninstalled the BizAgi 2.4, and I installed again the BizAgi 2.3, and the file opened normally.

See in the attached image what happens when you try to open the file in the new version 2.4.

Dear Tostola and Users,

Thanks to Marcos' feedback, we have seen that this issue can show up while having Portuguese set as the default Spelling language and attempting to load some specific models.

Therefore, in order to immediately avoid this issue, please ensure that your Spelling language is not set to Portuguese as default, when opening models which show this problem.

Best regards,

Dear Users,

According to your feedback, we have seen that changing the default Spelling language to a different language than Portuguese (i.e. English) solves this.

Note that this requires that you close Bizagi Process Modeler and re-open it, and it may not be immediately reflected.

We are working on the final solution for this issue which will be released in our next release.

Best regards,
