Problem with web publish

Hi there!

I'm using the lastest version of Bizagi (and tried to downgrade it to 2.9 too) and when I publish my processes to web, the newest inserted itens cannot be clicked.

My .bpm file contains 14 diagrams, (most part of reusable SPs).

To be more efficient, the attached video shows whats happening.

I can't see the attached file (rar file).

If you can't, try download it from this link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0ByLGxBbjatRkNW5XTUJtc2JRMTg/view?usp=sharing

Juan,

Even downgrading Bizagi Modeler, I can reproduce the error.

I've used 2.9 installer to continue modeling that process (and principally for html support), but, unfortunatelly, the issue continues.

I've started this diagram in older version of Modeler software (the diagram was created in 05/07/2015) and we updated a few times. Now, with process update, we need to work with that diagram again. We can have a version compatibility error here.

Dear Eduardo,

We are glad to know that your issue has been solved. We would like to explain that you need to add those new elements on the second step of the wizard. For further information: http://help.bizagi.com/processmodeler/en/index.html?publish_to_web.htm

I also cannot publish my process in web format.

When I click on Publish / Web or File / Send & Publish / Web I got the same error message: "An error ocurred while sending the request."

While I was written this post I realized that I was not logged in, so I tried to log in and it was shown the same error message.

So I guess the problem is not to publish the model in Web, Wiki, and Shre Point formats (all of them are showing that error message), but the login itself.

I'm using the version 3.5.0.065.

Why is it necessary to be logged in to be able to publish my process?

What should I do?
