Problem with No Logo Licence Activation

Hi, I hope that you are well.

We have had a couple of computers which have had to be reconfigured and/or replaced and as such they have lost the ability to add the company logo to our process maps.

We have tried to use the activation key (we have 5 licences) but cannot find how to do this as each time we go into the options section it asks you to upgrade but not o activate your licences? Therefore we would like to know the following:

Can we re-instate the licences we had on the old machines so they can be used on the new ones. If you can, please could you advise how we do this ?
