Printing problems with new version: truncated connectors and words

Hello,

Since the installation of the new version, when we print directly or print on our "Adobe" printer, parts of the models (connectors and words) fade or disappear (see attached file). This leaves us unable to deliver readable material!

Thank you for the new link. The FIX has been applied. Connectors are OK now but letters/characters are still of poor quality (see attached files).

Hello,

It's been almost a week since I inquired about the printing problem we encounter. This issue is getting urgent as we need to publish our models on Nov. 8th.

To further illustrate the poor quality of the printing here is the Bizagi Logo.

We are currently printing our models on the version 2.0.9 we kept on a single computer. As you can imagine, it is very annoying to print all the models on that only computer, disturbing its user.

Would you be kind enough to give me some feed back, or better, a valuable work around.

Dear Marielle,

Regarding this new issue, please use the "Print" option directly instead of "Print Preview" option. The print preview option uses an external component which decreases quality to some elements.

The "Print Preview " option will be solved in a future release.

Dear Juan,

This is bad news for us. The workaround to use Print instead of Print Preview won't do because our processes have to be described with metadata in header (logo & title) and footer (date, redactors, logo).

So it looks we need to roll back on V3.0 which do not have the Print Preview problem.

Also, could you please delete, on your issue tracking platform, the test_print_remise_diplomes.pdf file that I attached to a message two weeks ago.
