Upgraded to 64-bit version 3.1.0.011.
Palette icons are much larger in size causing several to be cut off, and unable to select. See attached.
We have resolved this issue. Please apply this FIX: https://bizagi.sharefile.com/d-s1e9f8e8a1bb47a0a according the instruction file.
In order to reproduce this issue in our labs, please tell us what is the resolution of your screen and if you have restarted your computer after the installation.
We look forward to hearing from you
Screen Resolution: 1920 x 1080
The computer was rebooted following the upgrade to the software.
I was running v3.0.0.022 and did not encounter the issue.
Thank you for your feedback. We are going to analyse it. As soon it is resolved, we will write back.
We were not able to able to reproduce it. However, a workaround to fix it is to create a sub-process (embedded) and click on edit. When the sub-process tab is active, the stencil is reloaded to show valid elements.
I have the exact same problem as Timothy with the same resolution on my display. I tried the workaround fix mentioned above but it made no difference.
This problem is more than just large icons. The affect is that it is preventing me from using the new version. The tool icons at the bottom of each group are not fully displayed and therefore not selectable. For example, I can not use the Message Flow Connector because it's not visible to me. Make sense?
Other than this, the new interface looks great. I'm looking forward to using it once this problem is corrected.
thank you. Works perfect with this fix.
I have the same problem, and the link with the fix does not seem to be working. I get the error message "This page can’t be displayed", both in IE and Chrome.
It is very strange because the FIX is for desktop application and not for Published Web. Please give us further information and some screenshots
Fix works great
I am unable to access the FIX. I get http error 403!
Thanks in advance for your help.

We're having the same problem.
The fix solved the problem, however the .EXE is not digitally signed, and our virusscanner detects spyware in it.
It this a legit file? Can it solved with signed executables?
Regarding this question, you can use our latest installer: 3.1.0.024. Please download it from: https://bizagi.sharefile.com/d-sc6cbffcd78845a29
It will work without any problem.
