Depois que um diagrama é criado o Bizagi dá a opção de excluir. A opção "deletar" sumiu na versão 3.7.
We recommend you to use modeler services to delete the process diagram. Please
refer to https://help.bizagi.com/process-modeler/en/index.html?deleting_a_cloud_model.htm and
let us know if it was possible for you to perform the operation.

Please try to remove the diagram On premise using the version 3.3.0074 of Bizagi Modeler. You can download it from here: https://bizagi.sharepoint.com/:f:/t/Engineering/EsXjz3dK5eNIgpMVBBkuoX8BilBq3mPAt2SVqHZhi6wUBg?e=d8LWQT
Remember to uninstall first the previous version. Please tell us if it works for you.
hello the link is not working... can u send me a dropbox link or othe link to download directly?
Please refer to http://feedback.bizagi.com/en/topic/how-to-remove-diagrams-or-diagram-tabs_1, there you will find another post with similar
issues with a solution already provided.
also thanks for guiding me here from the alternative topic with the same problem.
Now I have the same problem as Richard. The message is "Sorry, but your email address was not found in the bizagi.sharepoint.com directory."
Have the same problem. Delete diagram action still not available in the latest 3.4.1.068, so the reference is not relevant anymore.
There is no problem to delete folder or diagrams in this version. You can do it normally at the Cloud Web Application or even locally at Bizagi Modeler. You can click the folder options and the Remove option is there (screenshot1). For diagrams, you can right-click on the Diagram tab and you will see the Remove option too (screenshot2).
Please attach a screenshot to see what is exactly your problem when attempting to remove folders/diagrams.
Hope this information works for you.
Hi, for me the same...
Bear in mind that if you work with Cloud Models, you need to Check-In the models in order to have the "Remove" option available.
Thank you for the comment. It could be true, but I'm not using cloud services, just local shared file. And yes, I've clicked "check out" (of course I have to, to be able to modify it) but "Delete" menu item has not appeared in the digram's context menu anyway. You can check the screenshot (in russian, but I hope that should not be an issue).
I'm new here and just trying to use bizagi instead of our current BMPN modeler. Downloaded 3.6.0.044 64-bit desktop version. So far everything looks fine, but I feel it very annoying that I can't delete the diagram. I see lot of issues were opened concerning diagram delete function. Is it planned to fix it?
1 year ago and still they did not solve the problem. Definally a horrible program...
This option is working fine. We ask you to attach a screenshot or video so we can see why this option is not displayed. Please bear in mind that the option to remove is enabled only when having multiple diagrams and tabs and only for non-cloud models.
This option is now working fine.
Important information: we cannot solve this problem in the specific version 3.3. because when we apply adjustments to our product, those adjustments came within the new version.
We ask you to attach a screenshot or video so we can see why this option is not displayed. Please bear in mind that the option to remove is enabled only when having multiple diagrams and tabs and only for non-cloud models. We have already received complaints about this functionality where the user does not have this option for a model with a single diagram (Tab).
who have this issue and haven't got no real help from the support notes similar to "for us all works fine". Seems like I've found where the problem really is and hope this will help everybody!
When you save a model locally as one ".bpm" file - delete menu item is available in the context menu (see screenshot attached).
But when you save your model locally in "collaboration mode" as ".bpmc" file (like we mostly do in teams) - delete diagram option is not available anymore, even when your diagramm is checked out (see the second screenshot).
So, dear BizAgi support, seems like there IS an issue with local files saved in collaboration mode, when you do not use the cloud services, and current topic is not really solved (for more then a year).
