My model includes several sub-processes. How can I import all the diagrams in a new model?
It is possible to import as many diagrams as you want. However, if you are importing the diagrams from XPDL format you must import them one by one (XDPL files only save information about one process).
If any Process includes a reusable sub-process, then you must include both diagrams first, and then create the reference between them. However, if the sub-process is not defined as reusable (it is of the "embedded" type), then the parent process will automatically import it.
If you use Visio, all processes and sub-processes within a Visio file, are imported to Bizagi in a single step.
Hello Daisuke Okuda,
As you said, "then create the reference between them"... If my process includes many reusable sub-processes, after I import the XPDL of the diagram, how can I create the reference between them?
At the moment you have/create a reusable sub-process, you can choose the process of this sub-process.
To do this, please follow these steps:
The Element Properties add-on window will display. On the Basic tab, in the Process drop-down list, select the predefined created Diagram.
