Not a Problem

Model published in web does not have an horizontal scroll bar

When I publish the model in the web, if the size of the model is bigger than the browser window I can´t see all the model because there is not an horizontal scroll bar. How can I solve this problem?

Dear Joao,

Please ensure you have the latest release of Bizagi Process Modeler (2.3.0.5).

If this issue persists, please let us know which browser and version you are using.

Best regards,

Dear Daisuke,

Thank you for your attention. The Bizagi Version is 2.3.0.5. I already had applied the latest upgrade trying to solve this problem. The browser is Internet Explorer, version 7.0.5730.13. Unfortunately, I can not upgrade the browser because we have compatibility problems of the newer browser versions with some our softwares.

Thanks in advance.

Dear Joao,

If upgrading to Internet Explorer 8 or 9 is not possible, please consider using Mozilla or Chrome.

Unfortunately, this reported issue will only appear in IE 7 and Microsoft itself has decided to stop supporting this browser due to unsupported and incompatibility features.

Best regards,

I'm using chrome (Versão 26.0.1410.64 m) and the horizontal scroll bar does appear, but only inside the browser, right below the image. That's terrible for user navigation. How can I fix that?

Dear Nilton,

Thank you for your feedback.

For the current version, the scroll bar is presented inside the browser.

We have already under our list of improvement ideas, the possibility to enhance browser navigator for users, as posted at:

http://feedback.bizagi.com/en/responses/navegacao-no-fluxo-ruim.

Please take into account that currently, users can also navigate and scroll horizontally by using the right and left arrows in the keyboard.

Best regards,

Dear Daisuke,

Thanks for the answer. And also the link helped me a lot. For those with the same problem and who doesn't understand portuguese, the link brings 3 tips:

1. Use F11 to full screen presentation of the diagram. It works for firefox and chrome (dont' know about IE)

2. Use zoom in (CTRL +) and zoom out (CTRL -)

3. Use a bigger monitor :-)

Thank you !
