license problem: Modeler re-activation on same computer unsuccessful after Bizagi re-install

Hello Support-Team,

  • some months ago activate a Modeler license on my machine.
  • Later I got some problems with the installation and completely de-installed the Modeler
  • I even manually removed all files and registry entries which were left after the deinstallation process.
  • Now I'm not able to re-active the Modeler on this machine - I get an error message that the license is already in use.
  • Please support me in re-activating my license on my computer (same machine, no configuration change).
