Installation Error in Modeler 3.0 with Windows 10

Dear, when I try to install Modeler, even as an administrator, it presents error -2 The system can not find the file specified. However, it gives no clues as to which file it is complaining about and does not allow it to proceed with the installation.

I use Windows 10 Single User on a machine with 8GB of RAM, so I do not think it's a resource problem.

I upgraded to Windows 10, and previously had another version of Modeler that was removed before attempting to install this new version.0445aae95e61388902826bcf21ee4dfa

Dear Ricardo,

In order to get further information to solve this issue, please check the windows event viewer.

  1. Click Start, point to Programs, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Event Viewer.
  2. In the console tree, click Windows Log.
  3. In the Option, click Application and look for the error message

Dear Juan after observing the Event Viewer I noticed that you are experiencing VSS error 8193 and CAPI2 error 513, you can check for the attachment file. Can you help me solve the problem?

You can try reinstalling the .NET framework. After this, install with Administrator rights following this article: http://help.bizagi.com/processmodeler/en/index.html?install_and_register.htm
