I can not open the Bizagi Moodeler

I have updated the Bizagi solution, but when I try to open Bizagi, a message appears that I have to close the program beacuse an error perists.

How can I proceed?

I have attached the screen-shot.

Regarding this issue, we require to know if there is any error message on your event viewer to check what is going on in your environment.

To start Event Viewer by using the Windows interface

  1. Click the Start button.
  2. Click Control Panel .
  3. Click System and Maintenance .
  4. Click Administrative Tools .
  5. Double-click Event Viewer .
  6. Click Windows Logs
  7. Click Application
  8. Look for the error message.

In addition, tell us your current .NET Framework version and Windows version.

Hi,

I have kind of the same problem. I try to open the Bizagi Modeler but it just doesn't open, any message appears. I have restarted my laptop twice and the problem persists. I updated to the latest version and it was working perfectly on Friday. It doesn't open/work now.

Thank you for your feedback. On the sent message there is a library called libcef.dll which has problems. Please re-install the Modeler and the problem will be resolved.
