How to publish changes in Word and Web

When there are changes in one of my processes, I want to publish them in Word en to Web. For Word I have to choose only the changed process but to publish to Web I have to choose them all. BizAgi remembers the last settings. If I have published to Word (with less items selected), I have to change everything for Web. Is there a way to remember the last settings for each way of publishing?

Thanks for your response.

Dear Egbert,

As pointed out, Bizagi will remember the settings for the recent publishing configuration.

There is no separate saved configuration for each of the formats, as we had observed in the past that it was most common to select the same previously published information.Best regards,

Dear Bruno,

Publishing configuration related to server settings is stored within the local user's configuration file.

This file is found at C:\Users\[YOUR_USER]\AppData\Roaming\BizAgi Ltd\BizAgi Process Modeler\settings.config, and will keep settings such as: MediaWiki server and user, SharePoint's library, server and user, and the Word template used when generating Word documentation.

Configuration related to models themselves, such as: which diagrams are included and which of their elements, their orientation and output path, is stored with the bpm file.

Best regards,
