Dear Rheza,

You may delete the settings file located as "C:\Users\[YOUR_USER]\AppData\Roaming\BizAgi Ltd\BizAgi Process Modeler\settings.config" (This path applies for Windows 7, Windows Vista and Windows 2008 OS).Notice that this file and path are hidden by default, and of course, these type of procedure should only be done when you know what you are doing.By deleting the user settings file, the following information for previous configuration is restored to default (along with wiping the list of recently opened models):

  • URL and user for prior publications to Wiki.
  • URL, user and library for prior publications to Sharepoint.
  • Chosen Word template in prior publications.
  • Chosen stencil in prior Visio-export features.
  • Other preferences in the Modeler's ribbon and options, such as style, language, alignment (grid, smart align, black and white), and font, color and size settings.

Best regards,
