wouldn't be possbile to allow to write local language charaters directly on elements ? That would be much easier to create processess

But for Annotation, we have to use Notepad with capy/paste from clippoard...

You as a company are unable to make this feature for at least 4 years.
It is very annoying.
I do not understand where the problem is - because
almost any other Windows application is not tied to any language.
And if
sometimes keyboard bindings prevents to enter polish accents
- producing company makes a patch (look into Lotus Notes for example).
Your application forces user not to use national characters or to edit
them in the most inefficient way I have ever seen.
