Horizontal scroll bar blocked half into a model (right side cannot be accessed)

Hello, I am using Process Modeller ver. 2.5.1.1 on Windows 8 and run into a problem with one of my models. The horizontal scrollbar is blocked at about half into the width of the model so I cannot access enythig to the right of that "invisible border". I have tried to use the pan window, but it has the same problem, as if a line was drawn on the model and there is no way to cross it. Does anyone have any idea how to fix that?

Thank you kindly,

Leszek

Dear Sandor,

We will review this subject and keep you posted on any news and findings.

For the moment, you would have to use a smaller-scale zoom to work and move out elements which are past this border.

I have the same problem with the vertical scroll. If I zoom in to 10% I cant see all the model, but if I want to work in the bottom of it, I just cannot access those last elements. I cannot make them big enough to actually work on them. I could when I created them. But once I closed and reopened the model, I cannot.

Is there any limitation with the vertical / horizontal max expand?

I'm using version:

64-bit

2.6.0.4

Dear Manueladolfo,

Thank you for your interest of Bizagi.

Bizagi Modeler has a max work area of 6000 px. If the model is out of this work area, Modeler will have that kind of effects. We are working to release a future version where the work area can be managed by the user.

Please verify if you import a model, try to not pass the max work area.

Furthermore, It is very useful for theses cases to implement sub-processes in order to optimized too long processes because they can be more understandable. Also, This allows a large and complex model to be: more readable, and easier to maintain and understand.

Dear Nicolas,

We want to communicate that right now Bizagi Modeler does not have the limitation of 6.000px x 6.000px. By now, Bizagi Modeler uses the following formula:

HIGH * WIDTH < 36,000, with WIDTH <= 10,000.

This makes the diagrams have the same maximum area, but with a maximum width of 10,000 depending on high, as the diagrams usually grow in width than height.
