Fatal Error After Update to Version 3.1.0011

Dear, after performing the upgrade to version 3.1.0011, to start the application and perform log in, the following error occurs:

"Windows has encountered a problem and needs to close the Bizagi program."

Then close the Bizagi application.

This error did not occur in the previous version.

My operating system is Windows 7.

The issue was: when I run BizAgi after installed, nothing happens. I couldn't find the error on the event viewer either.

Anyway, I decided to re-install BizAgi 3.1 and it worked.
