Extended attributes voor main process and pools

Hi !Extended attributes for the main process are also linked to pools (without explicit sharing). This conflicts with the idea that pools are participants and not processes. Pools should have their own extended attributes. Main process and pools are totally different BPM objects.Best regards,Gerard Mengerink

Dear Gerard,

You may too specify extended properties for your pools.

To do so, ensure you access to the pool's properties by right-clicking on the pool's name:

Hi !

I'm affraid I disagree. Using right click on the pool name shows me the same extended attributes as when I right click in white space and select Main Process properties. I tested this by adding one extended attribute through the main process attributes and it also appeared in the extended attributes that are shown when I right click on the pool name. Removing an attribute: ditto. I tried everything to get some other result but I didn't succeed.

Then I took a look in the sharing settings of a brand new attribute I added for the Main Process. The check box for the Pool object type was also ON and grayed out (unchangeable). So I assume there must be something going wrong there ! :-)

Dear Gerard,

Indeed you will have the definition of these extended attributes apply for your pools and main process.

However, you may choose to specify different values in them.

This is a current treatment given in Bizagi Process Modeler which can be subject to improvement in a future release.
