Hi,

I installed bizagi modeler two days ago and got windows error when trying to collapse/expand sub-process, then modeler closed automatically after the unexpected error. my windows is 8, .Net framework should be 4 I think. modeler is 64 bit 2.9.0.4.

Hi Juan,

thanks for help, i applied the fix but same problem still. Attached my simple test process, the windows error happened immediately when i expand sub-process and then collapsed it. Do i have to check something in environment more in addition to .Net version?
