Error saving model to version 1.6 from version 2.4

I have been using the latest version of Bizagi Process Modeler to document and write new processes, and now I wish implement them with the BPM suite.

As I read elsewhere on the forum, the BPM suite won't open version 2 modeler files, so I have tried to save them as version 1.6. Unfortunately, I get an error every time.

The error I get is:

"Error saving Model:

The file 'C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Temp\BizAgiProcessModeler\2fa24d6f-8f68-4d2c-8407-bc0532b62499\Actions\b1e2d142-b216-443c-8ae5-ee52f05fa513.pdf' already exists."

Interestingly enough, that odd numbered folder and file name changes each time I try. Also, I've tried to locate the file and it doesn't appear to exist (even as a hidden folder).

Any ideas on what might be causing the problem, or how I can get my models to the BPM suite?

Dear Kyle,

Thank you for your interest in Bizagi.

Can you please save this file (through the regular save option), and then send it to us to modeler@bizagi.com so that we can track the issue's cause?

In between, we clarify that the usual way to work with Bizagi BPM Suite by having the Process Modeler, is to use the Run Workflow option as described at: http://help.bizagi.com/processmodeler/en/index.html?running_your_workflow.htm.

Thanks Daisuke!

I've emailed the file to you, as requested.

Thanks for the clarification. I did try to use the "Run Workflow" option initially. I found that the modeler's CPU usage increased for a few seconds, then nothing occured. I also tried the "Run Workflow" option and saving the file as version 1.6, on 2 other computers, but the same problems happened. I suspect that the problem might be with the file.

Let me know if you have any luck with it!

Kind Regards,
