Erro ao abrir - tela de login em branco

O programa não abre.

Ao clicar para abrir o Bizagi, abre-se a tela de login mas fica tudo em branco. Se clico para fechar ele fecha o programa inteiro. Não consigo acessar nada.

Conseguem me ajudar?

Dear Sten,

This is a problem with a cloud service. It must be working now. If not, please reinstall Bizagi Modeler and try to close and launch it again (repeat this process up to 3 times, not more) and the blank screen should disappear. Please let us know if the problem persists or if it is solved.

Dear Jorge,

If this problem is presented, here is a list of small procedures that you can apply:

1. Update to the current 3.6 version. If that's not possible for you, then

2. Close the Login pop-up window and open it again.

3. Close the Bizagi Modeler App and open it again.

4. Reinstall your Bizagi Modeler App.

This was a problem with an authentication service but it is already fixed!

Please also read this comment that Recently was recently shared by another user of our community in a thread with the same problem:

"I installed a week ago the most current version and was desperate because nothing improved.

But then I found another entry and added Bizagi to the apps with permittance regarding the Firewall

Systemsteuerung\Alle Systemsteuerungselemente\Windows Defender Firewall\Zugelassene Apps

Now it runs smoothly"

Estou com o mesmo problema. Estava com a versão 3.7 instalada e não abria nada, desinstalei e reinstalei 3X, instalei novamente a 3.6 ai abriu com a tela de login em branco. Desinstalei e reinstalei a 3.7 e o comportamento se refletiu por 1X. Agora nao abre de novo, mesmo ajustando o firewall

Gostaria de uma solução ASAP.
