Email sent to invited users in Workgroup Plan is not being received by users.

Email sent to invited users in Workgroup Plan is not being received by users.

So that cannot join the Working Group.

Please advise.

Dear Alexandre,

We understand that alexandre.rodrigues@pmo-projects.com is the administrator account of the Workgroup plan. In addition, to solve this issue, we need to know the email account of the user who needs to join the Workgroup plan and also please tell us if this user has already the professional plan or if the user has the personal plan. Thanks!
