Can't access my models

Hello. When I try to access my models using the 3.3.2.033 64 bits version, I get a msessage "An Internal Server has occured". I get an error, while tryin to access my model in the model.bizagi.com that states "There was a communication problem, please try again".

How can this problem be fixed?

Dear Paulo,

Please try the following:

  • Perform an iis reset.
  • Reset your internet connection.
  • Logout/Login from Bizagi Modeler.
  • Access again to your cloud models.
