Can´t log in in Modeler. I changed my password but seems not to be validating the change

Hi.

I have reset my password without any problem. But when I try to log in in the Modeler it says that username/password are incorrect.

I have reset it twice, and it is the same.

Seems to be a problem.

Are you having this problem only when login to Modeler? Have you tried if your account is presenting the same problem at bizagi.com or portal.bizagi.com websites? Thanks in advance for your answers.

I have no problem in login at bizagi.com or portal.bizagi.com

The problem is when I enter the mail and password at the Modeler software.

I have created a new user with @Gmail and it worked. There is a problem with e-mail/password login.

Is "alemauro@gmail.com" the Sign In account giving you trouble? What is the new gmail account that worked fine? Thanks.
