Not a Problem

Blurred subprocess when expanded

Hi again,

When using expanded subprocesses I always get a blurred image of the process inside (attached print screen as example). When I export the parent process as an image, the subprocess content is still blurred.

Is there any tips to better results?

Some additional suggestions:

1) Expanding a subprocess always causes it to misalign... not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but if a collapsed subprocess is centered relative to other elements in the flow, it should stay that way when expanded

2) Internal margins of an expanded subprocess seems larger than they need to be. Maybe lowering this could allow a better view

Regards,

MY

Dear MY,

Please tell us what version of Windows you have. In addition, tell us if you are using "Print" option or "Print Preview" option.

We look forward to hearing from you

Sorry, missing info.

Windows 10 Home

Using "Export / Import > Image" to use PNG in a customized word model, not related to Bizagi word template.

Dear MY,

Regarding this issue, our product team said this: "The extended sub-process image is shown as designed, so that it´s shown on the maximum flowchart resolution. In the same way, it happens when it´s exported as image. You can change the size of the extended sub-process to fit it to the best resolution."

Thanks Juan.

That's a very disappointing answer though. It means the blurred extended subprocess image isn't considered a problem?

About changing the SP size to best resolution, already tried that several times (and I believe product team should try this too): it's not possible to get an image as clear as the parent process..

Probably Bizagi uses a non-vectorial image of the subprocess to use in the expanded representation.

Hello,

as mentioned above it would be great to have all objects in the same quality (vectorized?) no difference whether the objects are in the main prozess or in a expanded sub process.

Can you please foreward this issuw to the developers again? Rendering all objects should be possible, isn't it?

Best regards,

Sebastian
