Blank sign in Screen

Running a Windows 10 computer 64-bit version and have installed version 3.6.044 (October 11, 2019). The login screen is completely blank, it's a big issue for us since we have the paid version where you can publish the model as a web version. What should we do, to be able to login again?

Dear Sten,

This is a problem with a cloud service. It must be working now. If not, please reinstall Bizagi Modeler and try to close and launch it again (repeat this process up to 3 times, not more) and the blank screen should disappear. Please let us know if the problem persists or if it is solved.
