Bizagi shoutdown

Hi,

I was working at Bizagi, and suddenly the system shutdown. I lost all the information, since the last time I had saved.

Can someone help me with this?

Dear Ana,

We would like to know if both the BPM file and Modeler application are broken. Please give us details of Modeler version. About the BPM file, you can email it to modeler@bizagi.com to analyse it.

not only I have constantly the same problem (bizagi tool simply shut down), but I also have two more errors (please check the attach files).

Dear Ana,

In order to solve this issue, please install the latest version 3.0.0.022: http://www.bizagi.com/en/products/bpm-suite/modeler#downloadmodeler. Then, apply our latest FIX according the instructions: https://bizagi.sharefile.com/d-s7e0bb4bde0b46d69.

If the problem continues, please tell us Windows version, CPU architecture (x32 or x64), and Modeler architecture (x32 or x64).

The problem continues. Please, find attached the error that appears when I try to search for diagrams that I had made. Also in attached, the Windows version, CPU and Modeler architecture.
