Bizagi Process Modeler no longer running after installation version 3.1.0.011

I can't open any of my files, after the installation of Modeler version 3.1.0.011. What do I need to do to access my files. I did the installation on 10/3/16.

I have downloaded version 3.1 again and selected the option to “repair”, I

successfully was able to open my files. However, after restarted my

computer, it is taking a long time to open the file and it is moving very slow

once the file is opened; then I got several error messages, which I sent you by

email.
