Hello i have ha same problem i seems that the link to have the 32 bits version is not correct each time i try it is the -' bits version that is dowloaded

may you help me please

Hello

My Bizagi modeller stopped working after a month of working.

I deinstalled and re-installed.

I downloaded the 32 bit version and got the following error as shown in picture.

I also removed and added back the .net Framework 3.5. Shown in another picture.

What should i do next to get Bizagi working?

If the problem continues, please send us the message that appears in Windows Application on Event viewer.

Yes, i already had the latest release and correct system requirements.

We spent some time in Event viewer and managed to solve the issue.

Hello BizAgi Team!

I am experiencing this problem also. My laptop computer is under Windows 10 OS and with .NET 4.6.1.

Previous versions of BizAgi worked fine but when I upgraded to 64 bit version 3.2.7.242 yesterday, this error occurred. I tried everything I could find as advice on this site but at no avail.

I uninstalled it, restarted the computer and installed BizAgi again but nothing changed. The program simply could not start, it only showed blank white rectangle and crashed every time.

I am enclosing the file with four repeating errors from the Event Viewer for your information and eventual further analysis. Interesting to me was the fact that Revo Uninstaller shows it in the list of installed programs not as 64 but as a 32 bit application?!?

So, I have uninstalled 64 bit version and installed the 32 bit version, which works so far. I hope that it might help you to resolve this issue in 64 bit version of BizAgi soon.
