Bizagi Modeler login crash

Hi !

I just downloaded the Bizagi Modeler (version 3.3.0.072) and I can't login in my account. Everytime I try to login in the software, the page that appears is all blank and doesn't allow me enter into my account (as you see in image attached).

How can I fix this?

We have fixed these kind of issues in our latest 3.3.0.076 version. Please download it from our web site (at https://www.bizagi.com/es/productos/bpm-suite/modeler) and proceed to upgrade it.

I have the same problem and I have version 3.6.0.044, the latest version available.

Dear Kim,

We recommend to download and install the most recent version. It is better to have always the latest Bizagi Modeler version for support solutions and also to have the most recent fixes already solved.

Olá,

Baixei a versão acima e continuo com problema para abrir. A tela de login não abre, fica em branco e não consigo entrar. Uso windows 10

This is a firewall/proxy problem where some URLs do not have permission and therefore do not load. It has been seen especially with certain proxies where the credentials are not inherited to the browser used by the modeler.

Please review the information described in the following article, section "Enable trusted sites (URL Requirements)":

and then follow the instructions for proxy settings described in the following article:

https://help.bizagi.com/process-modeler/en/index.html?proxy_settings.htm

Important: For the success of this second point, you must leave the computer without internet, open Modeler without requiring authentication, and enter the proxy credentials according to the article. Once you connect to the internet and restart Modeler, it will load correctly.
