Adding Resources to a Task fails to return improvements

Hi, I have a simple process, consisting of two tasks. a start and an end event. I have assigned 10 available resources which can be allocated to Task 2.Running with 1 assigned resource - I kind of get what I would have expected, however when I add a further resource all the time utilization calculations seem to go out of the window. I found a post about there being a bug that was due to be fixed in 2.8 which seemed to relate to this issue.Any further information would be of great helpModeler Details: 64-bit Version 2.9.0.4Regards

Dear Alan,

All fixes are always included in our last release, in this case 2.9 version. A Resource is a Business Entity (e.g. a company, company division, a customer) or a Business Role (e.g. a buyer, a seller, a credit analyst), which controls or is responsible for a business process or a business activity. Resources are part of the basic Element properties provided by default. In each shape they are identified as Performers, since they are the ones that actually perform the task. They can be defined for the whole Pool and for each Activity (Task or Sub-process).

I understand how to allocate resources to a task/pool. What I fail to understand is how the simulation works with extra resources.With a count of 1 resource from a pool of 10 task2 is able to complete the 1000 tokens during a period of a day. Yet when you increase this the count of completed tokens falls and utilization stays within the high 90% range with each additional resource added to the task. Surely with extra resources the token count should be completed with a lower utilization percentage?
