Activation email

Hello,

my collegue has registered for Modeler, but doesn't receive an activation mail. It's not in her spam folder and it's not a firewall issue, since I did receive an activation mail. She also entered her e-mail address correctly. Are we missing somethin?

We experienced a problem with our emails but it has been solved. Could you please try to sign-up again? We ask you to share with us the e-mail address of your colleague so we can also review closely the issue on our platform.

the issue is resolved, my collegue is able to register and work with Bizagi.
